🚨 Do I need planning permission for an extension or loft conversion?
🚨 Not always. Many single-storey rear extensions and loft conversions fall under permitted development, but it depends on the house, its location and what's been built before. Building regulations approval is needed either way. We'll tell you what we think applies, and your architect or the local council (BCP Council covers most of Christchurch and Bournemouth) can confirm.
🚨 Do you work with architects and structural engineers?
🚨 Yes. We regularly build from architects' and engineers' drawings, and we're happy to be involved early so the design is practical to build and easier to price.
